Our Story
New Connections began as an outreach ministry for previously incarcerated individuals, founded by Father Bill Bichsel, S.J. and the Tacoma Catholic Worker Community. With the renovation of a house in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood, the organization has grown to provide essential services since achieving 501(c)(3) status in 2004.
