In January 2007, a chance encounter with a homeless man named Randy inspired the founders of New Beginnings of Central Florida to address the urgent need for resources for the homeless in Clermont, Florida. This pivotal moment led to the establishment of an organization dedicated to providing support and housing for those in need.
