In 2016, California Vocations recognized the urgent need for stable housing solutions for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This led to the establishment of New Beginnings Housing Foundation, dedicated to providing affordable housing options in Northern California.

Our Impact

New Beginnings Housing Foundation currently manages 12 properties, offering a safe haven for 29 individuals. The organization is committed to expanding its capacity to meet the growing demand for affordable housing.
