Our Story

The Nevada Veterans Coalition (NVC) was established in July 1992 to honor all veterans by providing full military honors at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Originally formed as the Veterans Memorial Cemetery Support Group of Northern Nevada, NVC has evolved from a small volunteer group into a dedicated organization ensuring that no veteran is left unaccompanied or unclaimed. Since 2009, NVC has interred over 350 unclaimed veterans' cremains, conducting monthly services to honor their sacrifices.
