Our Story

Nevada HAND is the largest developer, builder, and manager of affordable rental homes in Southern Nevada. Established in 1993, this 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization manages 36 communities, providing homes for over 8,200 residents. More than just housing, Nevada HAND fosters a sense of belonging through high-quality, well-maintained apartment homes and supportive resident services.
