Nevada Gay Mens Chorus

Our Story

Since its inception in the summer of 2010, the Nevada Gay Mens Chorus has grown in both size and musical stature. The first rehearsal on September 13, 2010, brought together 16 men from diverse backgrounds, united by a passion for music and community. The inaugural concert, 'Peace, Peace', held on December 11, 2010, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Reno, marked the beginning of a remarkable journey. Under the expert leadership of Artistic Director Ted Owens, NGMC has performed over 24 concerts and is now entering its 12th season, continually expanding its ranks and repertoire.
