Netsanet Children’s Village

Our Story

At the heart of Netsanet Children’s Village lies a powerful vision born from compassion. Suzanne Scheuble, at just 11 years old, felt a divine calling to care for orphans in Ethiopia. This calling became a reality when she first visited Ethiopia, where she encountered abandoned babies and children suffering from starvation and disease. Determined to make a difference, she founded Netsanet Children’s Village in 2017, creating beautiful, family-style homes for special needs orphans and abandoned children.

Our Impact

Netsanet Children’s Village provides essential shelter, nourishment, clothing, medical care, and education to vulnerable children in southern Ethiopia. Currently, the organization serves approximately 125 children, including 62 who are medically fragile and require 24-hour care.
