Our Story

Equip & Grow was founded in 2005 by Dwight and Kristi Krauss, who recognized a critical need for quality children's ministry resources while serving as missionaries in Mexico. Many churches struggled to afford curriculum, and there was a significant lack of training for leaders. In response, Kristi began developing curriculum and training materials, while Dwight established a print shop to distribute these resources. By 2014, the mission expanded to translate materials into multiple languages, focusing on unreached areas. In 2021, Equip & Grow transitioned to a fully digital platform, providing essential support and training to churches worldwide.

Our Impact

Equip & Grow has successfully provided free resources and training in over 27 languages, reaching 88% of the world in their first or second language. Thousands of children's ministries across more than 60 countries have benefited from this initiative.
