Our Story
Founded in 2010 by a group of passionate college students, Net Fort Worth began building meaningful relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness. Recognizing that poverty stems from broken relationships, the organization shifted its focus from material aid to fostering genuine connections. Over the years, as they mentored refugee youth and shared meals, they encountered vulnerable women and girls facing violence, trauma, and poverty, often leading to sexual exploitation and trafficking. By walking alongside these women and listening to their stories, Net Fort Worth learned that escaping the sex industry requires more than rehabilitation; it necessitates a supportive community committed to helping them rebuild their lives.
