Our Story

The Nepal Cleft & Burn Center was founded by Jim Webber, an American rug importer, who was inspired to enhance medical care in Nepal after meeting Tibetan refugees. Established in 2002, the organization aimed to create Nepal's first teaching hospital for deformity-correcting reconstructive surgery, which opened its doors in 2014.

Impact

Since its inception, the Nepal Cleft & Burn Center has delivered quality reconstructive surgeries to countless individuals, significantly enhancing their quality of life and health outcomes.
