Our Story

Founded by Dr. Narendra P. Sharma after his retirement from the World Bank, Neighborhood Outreach Connection (NOC) began in 2008 with a mission to combat poverty in Hilton Head Island. Starting with just five children, NOC has expanded its reach to serve over 500 children annually, focusing on education, health services, and workforce development.

NOC has transformed the lives of children and families in low-income neighborhoods by providing essential educational resources, health screenings, and workforce development programs. Each year, over 200 individuals benefit from health services, showcasing the organization's significant community impact.
