Our Story
NeighborWorks Housing Solutions (NHS) was established in 2019 through the merger of NeighborWorks Southern Mass and Housing Solutions for Southeastern Massachusetts. This organization is dedicated to developing affordable housing and providing essential housing resources and education in collaboration with public and private sector partners.
Impact
Since 2012, NHS has successfully housed over 5,000 formerly homeless families and assisted 500 individuals in securing employment through strategic partnerships. The organization has educated more than 10,000 prospective homebuyers and provided foreclosure prevention counseling to over 3,300 homeowners since 2007.
