Our Story

Neighborhood HealthSource has been a beacon of hope in North and Northeast Minneapolis since 1971. Starting with two community clinics, the mission has always been clear: to provide affordable and accessible healthcare to all.

Impact in 2023

Thanks to generous supporters, NHS delivered 151 low- and no-cost mammograms, engaged in 12,000 community encounters, and provided 2,865 behavioral health visits, serving 7,901 patients with high-quality medical care.
