Our Story
The Neighborhood Community Development Fund (NCDF) was established in 2000 as a subsidiary of the Northside Leadership Conference. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), NCDF is dedicated to providing loans and financing for businesses and real estate development projects throughout Allegheny County.
Impact
Over the past two decades, NCDF has empowered more than 300 small businesses with affordable financing, providing over $14 million in loan capital.
