Empowering Families in Johnson County
Since 1973, Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County has been dedicated to empowering families and individuals across Johnson County, Iowa. With two community centers currently operating in Iowa City and a third center set to open in 2025, the organization is committed to expanding its impact. This new center will provide 60 additional slots for early childhood programs and 30 slots for after-school care, ensuring that more children and families receive the support they need.
Making a Lasting Impact
Neighborhood Centers supports over 400 children and youth and 200 adults each day through essential outreach and services in neighborhoods and schools.
