NeighborGood Partners, formerly known as NCALL, has been dedicated to serving the Delmarva Peninsula since 1976. This organization specializes in affordable housing counseling and development, financial education, and lending. As a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, NeighborGood Partners provides essential services such as pre-purchase and foreclosure prevention counseling, financial education, and DEHAP rental housing assistance. Additionally, the organization offers developer consulting for multi-family housing projects and technical expertise for USDA’s Rural Development Self-Help Housing program.
