Nebraska Cures

Our Story

In 2000, a dedicated group of individuals established Nebraskans for Research, a nonprofit organization aimed at championing medical and stem cell research in Nebraska. In 2007, with the support of philanthropist Richard “Dick” Holland, the Nebraska Coalition for Lifesaving Cures was formed, uniting business, education, and community leaders with the original members. This coalition has tirelessly worked to protect the freedom of research in Nebraska against legislative and institutional threats.
