Our Story

Founded in 1980, Navigate Affordable Housing Partners has been a beacon of hope for those in need of affordable housing. Originally established as the Jefferson County Assisted Housing Corporation, Navigate has evolved to manage over 244 units of housing, including one of Alabama's first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. With a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable populations, Navigate has become a Performance-Based Contract Administrator, serving approximately 60,000 units across multiple states.

Our Impact

Recently highlighted in the Birmingham Business Journal, Navigate has donated $3 million in grants to support 34 organizations across Alabama, Mississippi, Connecticut, and Virginia. These funds are crucial in addressing urgent community needs such as affordable housing, rental aid, emergency shelter, food assistance, and clothing provisions.
