Our Story

The Naval ROTC Scholarship Fund was established in 1987 by Robert F. Seery and Maryann to support midshipmen enrolled in the Northwestern University Naval ROTC program. Created to address the challenges of high tuition costs, the Fund has awarded over one million dollars in scholarships, empowering students to pursue their military careers.

Since its inception, the Scholarship Fund has significantly increased the number of scholarships awarded each year, helping deserving students achieve their educational goals.
