Our Story

Nations of Coaches was founded in 2008 by Jim Haney with a mission to empower college basketball coaches. By honoring Dr. James Naismith's vision, the organization aims to use basketball as a transformative tool for young men, fostering character development alongside athletic performance. Partnering with men’s college basketball programs across the country, Nations of Coaches impacts over 3,500 coaches annually.
