Our Story

The National Troopers Coalition was established in the early 1970s to represent state troopers and highway patrol officers across the United States. What began as informal gatherings among troopers in the Northeast has evolved into a formal organization, now representing approximately 44,000 members from 43 states. The coalition's mission is to advocate for the rights, benefits, and working conditions of troopers while lobbying for public safety improvements at both state and federal levels.

Impact

With a collective voice, the National Troopers Coalition has successfully united over 42,000 state troopers and highway patrol officers, advocating for better wages, benefits, and working conditions.
