About the National Society of Allied Health
Founded in 1974 by four visionary African American leaders in allied health and nursing, the National Society of Allied Health (NSAH) was created to provide a platform for those who faced barriers in majority associations. This 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to enhancing the health status of African Americans and economically disadvantaged populations through comprehensive research, education, and community services.
