The National Peace Academy (NPA) is a non-profit educational organization founded in March 2009, inspired by the Great Law of Peace of the Iroquois Confederacy. NPA is dedicated to cultivating cultures of peace in the United States and globally. By addressing social, political, and ecological challenges, NPA equips individuals and institutions with the necessary knowledge and skills to foster peace.
NPA supports and advances cultures of peace through peacelearning, developing peacebuilders in everyone. Programs focus on restorative justice, peace curricula for schools, and national dialogues on issues like racial injustice and religious intolerance, contributing to community healing and transformation.
