The National Pacific American Leadership Institute (NAPALI) was established to identify, train, and nurture Pacific American Emerging Leaders. This unique program integrates the leadership values of Pacific American cultures with Western society, aiming to improve the quality of life for Americans of Pacific island ancestry, including Samoans, Chamorros, Fijians, Maori, Native Hawaiians, Tongans, and Tahitians.
Since its inception in June 1998, NAPALI has graduated over 330 fellows, empowering them to become effective leaders in their communities and professions. The program emphasizes the integration of traditional cultural values with modern leadership theories, fostering personal and professional growth among participants.
