Our Story

Established in 1980 by Dr. Aileen Riotto Sirey, the National Organization of Italian American Women (NOIAW) was created to support the educational and professional aspirations of Italian-American women. With the encouragement of Geraldine Ferraro, NOIAW has grown into a vibrant community that embraces Italian culture and empowers its members.
