Our Story

Since its inception in 1968, the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin has been a beacon of hope for kidney disease patients and their families. Founded by passionate volunteers and medical professionals, the organization has tirelessly worked to combat kidney disease, which was once a death sentence for many. Over the past five decades, NKFW has evolved from providing essential dialysis machines to focusing on comprehensive public health initiatives, prevention, and community support.
