Our Story

Established in June 1991 in Bozeman, Montana, the National Grazing Lands Coalition (NatGLC) emerged from a gathering of agricultural, conservation, wildlife, and scientific organizations. This coalition was formed to address the declining technical assistance for non-federal grazing land owners and managers. With representatives from 22 states and support from six national organizations, NatGLC is committed to promoting sustainable management practices for grazing lands nationwide.

Our Impact

NatGLC focuses on ecologically and economically sound management of grazing lands, fostering a resilient agricultural future through science-based assistance, research, and education.
