The National Equal Justice Association, founded in 1981 by Reverend Arthur G. Elcombe, Ph.D., and Barbara Elcombe, is dedicated to supporting local struggles for equal justice across the United States. This all-volunteer organization focuses on empowering low-income and minority workers through grassroots initiatives and community involvement.
