Our Story

Founded in 1984, National Community Health Partners (NCHP) began as the Border Health Foundation, addressing the health needs of border populations. Over the years, NCHP has expanded its reach, providing essential education and services to minority and underserved communities across 47 states and two U.S. territories.

Impact

NCHP has made a significant difference in the lives of Arizona families, especially veterans, by offering housing solutions and mental health support. Programs like 'Housing for Heroes' and 'The Best is Yet to Come' focus on preventing veteran homelessness and suicide, showcasing the organization's commitment to community well-being.
