About National Archery in the Schools Program

The National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) was established in 2002 in Kentucky and has expanded to 47 states and 11 countries. This innovative program aims to improve educational performance among students in grades 4-12 by teaching them archery, fostering focus, self-control, discipline, and patience.

Impact of NASP

NASP has positively impacted over 21 million students, with 66% being first-time archers. The program has trained over 104,650 educators and awarded over $4 million in scholarships, promoting gender equality in sports with a balanced male/female participation rate.
