Our Story
Namaste Children’s Fund was established in 2008 to address the educational needs of girls in the Humla region of Nepal, one of the most underserved areas in the country. The organization built a boarding school in Simikot village, providing a safe and nurturing environment for approximately 50 students. These young girls travel from remote villages to receive a bilingual education, fostering their growth and development among peers. For those pursuing higher education, NCF supports students in transitioning to the Kirtipur hostel near Kathmandu, where they can attend local schools and continue their academic journey.
