Our Story

In 1996, N C Little Memorial Hospice opened its doors with a mission to provide compassionate and personalized end-of-life care. Operating from the same 8-bed home in Edina, Minnesota, Little Hospice has become the longest-serving licensed residential hospice in the state. Over the years, more than 5,700 patients and their families have received our dedicated support, each one a cherished part of our journey.
