Our Story
Founded in 1971, the Mystic Learning Center (MLC) is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income children and families in the Mystic Public Housing Development and surrounding neighborhoods. By involving parents and teens in program design, MLC fosters community engagement and personal development.
Impact
MLC provides year-round educational and recreational activities for youth ages 5-23, equipping them with skills to overcome poverty and build a healthier community.
