MUSTER PROJECT INCORPORATED

Program where first-time juvenile offenders are referred to Raleigh County Teen court for misdemeanor offenses and juveniles receives mentor services related to the charge. MUSTER is a diversion entity to alleviate the adjudicated youth from going through the typical juvenile justice system.
