About Musicopia

Founded in 1974 by a dedicated string quartet, Musicopia is a leader in revitalizing school music programs in the Greater Philadelphia area. This organization is committed to providing equitable access to music programming for Pre-K-12th grade students. Through a roster of professional ensembles and solo musicians, Musicopia helps children explore their musical interests, learn to play instruments, and perform alongside peers through engaging in-school assemblies, workshops, and long-term ensembles.
