Raising Funds for Alport Syndrome Foundation

Our Story

The Music City Kidney Fundraiser was inspired by Norah Dunlap, who was born in 2013 with Alport Syndrome, a rare genetic kidney disease. Her father, John Dunlap, also affected by this condition, experienced significant hearing loss and underwent a kidney transplant in 2014. Driven by a desire to help others facing similar challenges, John organized a fundraising event to support the Alport Syndrome Foundation, leading to the establishment of this impactful initiative.

Impact

This fundraiser directly supports the Alport Syndrome Foundation, which plays a crucial role in educating and advocating for families affected by this disease, ensuring they have access to vital resources and awareness.
