Our Story

Established in 2007, the Museum of Work & Culture Preservation Foundation is dedicated to supporting the Museum of Work & Culture, a vital part of the Rhode Island Historical Society. This private non-profit organization is driven by a board of seventeen passionate individuals committed to preserving the rich history of the Blackstone Valley. Through innovative digital exhibits and educational programs, the Foundation connects past and present, highlighting the experiences of immigrants who shaped the region.
