Founded in 1968, the Murphey Candler Girls Softball Association (MCGSA) introduced girls fastpitch softball to Atlanta. As an all-volunteer organization, MCGSA is the only recreational girls fastpitch league in the Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Chamblee areas. Each season, over 300 young ladies, aged 5 to 18, participate in our leagues, learning the game of softball while building lifelong friendships.
MCGSA provides a supportive environment where girls improve their skills, learn about teamwork, and appreciate an active lifestyle.
