The Multicultural Spanish Speaking Providers Association (MSSPA) was established in 2013 to amplify the voices of early childhood education providers from Latin American and Caribbean backgrounds in Washington, DC. Led by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, MSSPA addresses systemic barriers and enhances access to vital resources and advocacy for its members.
MSSPA strengthens the skills of early education workers, supports non-native English speakers in navigating regulatory requirements, and reduces barriers to higher education, ultimately enhancing the quality of early childhood education services in the community.
