The Movement Project, founded in 2009 by Megan Gargano and Rebecca Leuszler, is dedicated to supporting professional dance in Cleveland and Akron. Since achieving 501(c)(3) status in July 2015, TMP has expanded its mission to provide affordable and accessible dance education and performance opportunities, enriching the local arts community.
Since its inception, TMP has paid over $54,500 to artists through the Cleveland Dance Fest, engaging over 600 patrons and 150+ professional artists annually. The organization is committed to fostering the next generation of artists.
