Movement Arts Creation Studio Inc. (MACS) was founded by Valentine Talland and Nagesh Mahanthappa to provide an affordable, state-of-the-art studio incubator and project support for dancers, movement artists, and circus artists in the Boston area.
MACS serves mid-career and emerging professional artists with well-equipped, accessible studio facilities for movement arts, as well as with professional development support to research, incubate and disseminate new works, thereby advancing artists and cultivating a sustainable movement ecosystem in the Boston area.
