Our Story

Motiv was born from a profound experience in a remote village in the Andes mountains of Peru. Co-founders Rich Swisher and Vali Popescu witnessed the struggles of the local Kechua people, who lost five out of 100 children each year due to preventable medical conditions exacerbated by poverty and lack of resources. This inspired the creation of Motiv, dedicated to uplifting those in need.
