Inspired by the elimination of arts programs in Detroit schools, Sperling recognized the incredible talent and need for advanced arts training among young people. Over the years, Mosaic has demonstrated that high expectations and total acceptance lead to remarkable youth development outcomes, with a significant percentage of alumni graduating high school and attending college.
