The Morro Bay Open Space Alliance was established in response to community interest in creating a greenbelt, as expressed during the Local Economic Action Plan workshops in 2015. Volunteers came together to define the mission, select a Board, and formalize the organization as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
MBOSA is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors through the conservation of open spaces in and around Morro Bay.
