To educate drivers and cyclists about bicycle safety. To advance awareness about the role of cycling in community fitness and recreation. To benefit the local first repsonders on whom bicyclist depend in an emergency. To lessen the burdens of government in drawing attention to the bicycling and learning opportunities available in our area's national state and county parks.
