Mooresville Community Children's Theatre

Our Story

Founded in 1971, the Mooresville Community Children's Theatre (MCCT) began as a community outreach initiative from the Creative Arts Center in Mooresville City Schools. Under the leadership of Clayton Miller, the theatre blossomed, launching its children's division in 1996. After a brief hiatus, MCCT was revitalized in partnership with the Town of Mooresville, becoming a registered non-profit in May 2013. Since then, it has expanded its offerings, engaging the community through quality performances and educational workshops.
