The Montessori School for Shreveport (MSS) was founded in 1964 by Peggy and Norman V. Kinsey and Neilson S. Jacobs. This non-profit institution is dedicated to developing a blueprint for life in children through the Montessori method. MSS provides a prepared environment that caters to the academic, emotional, physical, artistic, and spiritual needs of each child, serving children from 21 months through eighth grade.
