The Montclair Neighborhood Development Corporation (MNDC) was founded in 1969 by dedicated community activists. With a mission to empower vulnerable individuals and families, MNDC serves the neighborhoods from Nishuane to Glenfield School, Rand School to Frog Hollow, and Glenridge Avenue to Bay Street.
Over the years, programs like M-CAP, Winter Oasis, and the Career Development Institute have significantly aided young people in the community.
