MOMS of BOTH, Inc. was founded by Dr. Rhonda T. Moore, a dedicated mother and social activist, who recognized the urgent need for support among mothers of Black and Brown children serving in law enforcement. With a personal connection to the challenges faced by these families, Dr. Moore established this nonprofit to create a network of advocacy and support.

In the wake of social unrest and calls for police reform, Dr. Moore felt compelled to address the dual challenges faced by mothers: the need for justice and the desire to support their children in law enforcement. MOMS of BOTH, Inc. aims to bridge this gap by providing resources, guidance, and a platform for mothers to voice their concerns and experiences.
