Our Story
Momentum Advisory Collective™ (M.A.C.) is dedicated to empowering justice-involved teens through skill-building, wraparound care, education, and employment. Founded by Chad Houser, M.A.C. aims to expand the successful Café Momentum model into more cities, creating opportunities and driving systemic change.
Impact
Over 1,200 young people have participated in the Café Momentum paid internship program, demonstrating that with the right support, they can achieve their full potential. Each location serves at least 80 youth annually, focusing on self-sufficiency, accountability, and confidence.
